## Daily consulting rate

- Price: 480 EUR per day
- Unit: one consulting day
- Includes: technical work (code, refactoring, architecture review, debugging, infrastructure), direct communication throughout the day, documentation of decisions, knowledge transfer to the team
- Best for: code reviews, architectural assessments, focused feature work, short engagements of a few days

## Monthly collaboration - 16 days per month

- Price: 7000 EUR per month (single month)
- Price: 6800 EUR per month (engagements of 6 months or more)
- Effective daily rate: 437.5 EUR single month, 425 EUR extended
- Unit: 16 working days per month
- Best for: sustained fractional tech lead work with deep involvement in the team

## Monthly collaboration - 12 days per month

- Price: 5300 EUR per month (single month)
- Price: 5000 EUR per month (engagements of 6 months or more)
- Effective daily rate: 441.67 EUR single month, 416.67 EUR extended

- Best for: lighter ongoing engagements, architectural guidance and review without full embedding
